Cirrus centar Ltd reserves the right to postpone delivery of orders, if there is an issue with the order receipt or the buyer has provided incomplete delivery information.
\nIf the ordered product is unavailable (temporarily or sold out), the buyer will be notified via e-mail.
\nIf the product is sold out, the order will be canceled and the buyer will receive a refund.<\/p>\n

DIRECT PAYMENTS TO ACCOUNT OR THROUGH INTERNET BANKING

<\/a>DELIVERIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

We dispatch available products through one of the courier services within three business days after we have received the full payment to our account.<\/p>\n

The delivery\/shipping period for the territory of Croatia is 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch, while for other countries the delivery time is 3 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch of the shipment.<\/p>\n

If the product includes additional services that require additional time like engraving or similar, the delivery deadline can be extended for 3 to 5 business days.<\/p>\n

Cirrus centar Ltd is not responsible for delays in delivery, caused by weather, international customs shipment delays, or any other circumstance beyond our control.<\/p>\n

<\/a>SHIPPING COST<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping cost is included in the price of the product and is not charged extra. In other words, for you it is free.<\/p>\n

The buyer is obliged to check the product upon delivery, report any visible damage to the courier directly, and refuse to receive the damaged shipment. By signing the delivery document to courier, the user confirms that during the takeover of the product he has made his review of the product and that there are no objections to damages on the transported packages.<\/p>\n

If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment because of identified and visible damages on the transport packaging, he must complete the appropriate courier service form and by e-mail (” _ _ _ _ _”) immediately and no later than 8 (eight) days to inform Cirrus centar Ltd whether he wants a repeated delivery or a refund. Upon receiving the shipment reclamation form, Cirrus centar Ltd will make repeated delivery within the deadline prescribed for delivery if there is a product on stock at Cirrus centar Ltd or at the request of a registered user we will make a refund.<\/p>\n

<\/a>RETURN OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

To return the products, contact us by email at prodaja@cirrus-centar.hr<\/p>\n

You can unilaterally terminate your contract within 14 days. In order to be eligible for a one-sided termination of this Agreement, you must notify us before the expiration of the deadline by an unambiguous statement sent by e-mail to prodaja@cirrus-centar.hr or through a one-off termination agreement form. Your name, family name, address, phone number must be specified. Confirmation of unilateral termination of contract will be sent to you, without delay, by electronic mail.<\/p>\n

UNILATERAL CONTRACT TERMINATION FORM<\/a><\/p>\n

Cirrus centar Ltd accepts all forms of complaint related to technical defects of the product. The time limit for the complaint (with the presentation of the invoice) is 30 days after receiving the shipment, if the product is not damaged by the customer. If, for subjective reasons, the buyer decides not to accept the ordered product and wants to return it, he has to pay for the delivery and return of the product, and the amount of the ordered product will be returned to his account. Refunds will be made within 14 days after Cirrus centar Ltd checks and accepts returned products.<\/p>\n

The buyer needs to pay shipping costs if returning the product. The buyer is obliged to send the goods back to the seller at the address: Cirrus centar Ltd, Rude\u0161ka 160b, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia in a safe way to receive a shipping confirmation. It is recommended to send products through the recommended shipment.<\/p>\n

The seller is obligated to return money to the buyer at the latest within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
\nThe goods must be returned in their original state without any traces of use, with the original packaging and the attached invoice.<\/p>\n

<\/a>RECLAMATIONS AND COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the buyer has remarks on purchased products, according to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, he \/ she has the right to send a written complaint to the seller via electronic mail at prodaja@cirrus-centar.hr.<\/p>\n

Please enter the first and last name, address, contact and description of the complaint. Your complaint will be answered in writing within 15 days of receiving it.<\/p>\n

<\/a>LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFICIENCY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, consumer and seller relations in the event of a material defect in the product, the provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act (Official Gazette 35 \/ 05.41 \/ 08, 125\/11, 75\/15) apply to liability for material defects.<\/p>\n

The buyer is obliged to notify the seller about the existence of visible defects without delay and no later than within two months of the day when he or she has discovered the disadvantage. As a seller, we are not responsible for the material defect of the sold items that are displayed after two years from the sale of the item.<\/p>\n

Any dispute between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved by agreement and peacefully, otherwise the court shall be in the place of the seller.<\/p>\n
